Are your treats safe for pets with allergies?+
Every treat lists its full ingredients on the product page. If your pet has specific sensitivities, check the list or contact us before ordering.
Are your materials and ingredients natural?+
Wherever possible, yes — natural fibres for toys and accessories, and simple, food-grade ingredients for treats and balms.
Can I return or exchange items if I'm not satisfied?+
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days on unused items in their original condition. Opened treats can't be returned, but tell us if something's wrong and we'll make it right.
Do you ship across Canada?+
Yes — we ship nationwide, with treats sealed for freshness and everything packed to arrive safely.
